House of Dim Sum is a growing food business focused on quality, efficiency, and consistency. We are looking for a reliable and organised Administrative Clerk to support our day-to-day operations.
Role Overview
This role covers a broad range of administrative and operational support tasks. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable with computers, and able to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Daily invoicing and basic financial administration
Capturing and tracking expenses accurately
Communicating and following up with Client Accounts
Assisting with basic front-of-house administration and coordination
Conducting regular stock checks and recording stock levels
Maintaining organised records and files
Supporting management with general administrative tasks as needed
Requirements
Previous experience in an administrative or office support role preferred
Decent computer skills and ability to learn and use business software
Basic understanding of invoicing, expenses, and record-keeping
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Good communication skills
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
