Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:





Assist employees in the region with payroll/salary related activities. Compile attendance registers for Admin and Security Departments Assist employees with the completion of ill-health and retirement claims. Relieve the switch personnel as and when required. Keep copies of claims sent to Head Office on a monthly basis. Assist the stores' personnel with stock taking when required. Reconcile leave, overtime and standby for submission to head office. Assist employees in region with payroll/salary related activities. Compile and reconcile all vehicle log sheets for all departments and submit them to head office on a monthly basis. Compile rent and electricity accounts for employees as well as private tenants. Preparation of claim forms for Medical practitioners and FEMA. Processing and finalization of petty cash claims. Reconcile and sign off on petty cash on a weekly basis. Proper handover of petty cash to substitute custodian when going and returning from leave. Always ensure compliance with regulations and policies. Observe Health and Safety Protocol. All assignments directed from time to time.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:



Grade 12 Minimum 1-year clerical experience Communication skills Interpersonal skills Customer care. * Valid driver's license.
