A manufacturing operation based in Cape Town is seeking an experienced Administration Clerk to provide efficient, accurate clerical support to the Warehouse and Distribution function. This role suits a detail-oriented administrator who thrives in a structured, fast-moving environment and enjoys supporting operational teams.
You will be responsible for general administration, data capture, document control and internal coordination, ensuring smooth day-to-day warehouse support while maintaining high professional standards. Essential Requirements

  • Grade 12 (NQF 4)
  • 45 years administrative experience in a manufacturing environment
  • SAP and MS Office proficiency
  • Well-organised, professional, detail-focused, customer-minded, and able to work effectively within a team.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support, including typing, filing, document distribution and call handling
  • Compile and distribute warehouse meeting minutes
  • Capture and maintain warehouse data on SAP / ERP systems
  • Order stationery, consumables and small tools
  • Support staff queries and follow up on outstanding matters
  • Operate in line with company policies, controls and compliance requirements
  • Assist with cost control by reporting losses, damage or waste
