Matric.
Minimum of one (1) year experience in general administration.
Previous experience in the Student Finance environment.
Recommendation:
Previous experience of ITS.

Assisting students with Financial Clearance at Registration.
Capturing debit orders on RealPay.
Ensuring that records are kept up to date and accurately filed for quick reference and audit purpose.
Provide quotations to prospective students and other stakeholders.
Provide support to Student Finance and any other reasonable requests from Managers.
Attend to student queries regarding Outstanding debt, following up on Outstanding Payments and Funding decisions.
Confirming validity and integrity of documents.
Liaise with Students, Parents and other Stakeholders.
General administrative duties which include filling, maintain filling system, and any tasks related to the operations of the office.

Good Interpersonal Skills. Computer Literacy (ITS, Outlook, Excel and Word).
