Job Description

MAIN FUNCTIONS OF THE JOB

  • Prepares files for scanning
  • Scans all FICA and other related documents from each customer file
  • Saves the documents in the correct folder for uploading to Docuware
  • Keeps control of files scanned
  • Provides stats of files scanned
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Grade 12
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
  • A minimum of 2-3 months' experience in an administrative role would be an advantage
KNOWLEDGE
  • General Computer Knowledge
  • MS Office
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Quality Assurance
  • Communication Skills (written and verbal)
  • Coordination skills
  • Deadline driven
  • Follow- up and tracking
