Key Responsibilities:
Perform general administrative duties such as filing, scanning, data entry, and photocopying
Manage and respond to emails, phone calls, and other correspondence
Assist with scheduling meetings and appointments
Maintain office supplies and coordinate purchases
Support various departments with documentation and reporting
Maintain accurate records and databases
Greet visitors and assist with front-desk duties as needed
Requirements:
Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong attention to detail and time management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
