Save documents on Server. - Daily
Filing of paperwork
2. Quotes
Type costings in Excel and then convert to SAGE
Type Purchase Orders and email to suppliers
3. Skills
SAGE proficiency (Purchase orders, quotations and invoicing)
Excellent MS Excel
MSWord
General computer and systems skills
Meeting minutes - Taking and transcribing
Proficient in English and Afrikaans. Verbal and written
Telephone etiquette, following with suppliers, customers etc.
Understanding of OSH Act requirements and the importance thereof.
Document archiving and filing

Able to work in a highly stressed environment
Deadline driven. Must be very organised
Excellent multi-tasking capabilities
Punctuality is important
Willingness to learn and adapt to new client administrative requirements
Professional in verbal and written communication
Willing and able to work additional hours when required to meet deadlines.

5. Experience
Contracting company experience would be an advantage.
Technical experience. Preferably but not essential.
You must have extensive administration experience.
Must have South African ID and permanent resident
