Key Responsibilities

1. Administration xe2x80xa2 Issue floats and cash up procedures xe2x80xa2 Banking xe2x80xa2 Laybe buys and cellphones stocktakes xe2x80xa2 Oversee the movement of cellular stock xe2x80xa2 Stock receiving procedures xe2x80xa2 Capture payroll documentation on the company payroll system xe2x80xa2 Implementation of daily admin to-do-list xe2x80xa2 Authorising sensitive transactions at the till points 2. Stock loss xe2x80xa2 Effectively follow all policies and procedure aimed at minimising stock loss 3. Sales and stock management xe2x80xa2 Assist with stock replenishment processes xe2x80xa2 Coordinate merchandising promotions xe2x80xa2 Coordinate the execution of price adjustments xe2x80xa2 Housekeeping xe2x80xa2 Ensure correct pricing and VM elements are implemented 4. Customer service xe2x80xa2 Deal with customer queries/complaints xe2x80xa2 Ensure that store teams follow the Ackermans customer service model 5. People Management xe2x80xa2 Coach and guide staff within the store xe2x80xa2 Daily delegation of task 6. Culture xe2x80xa2 Drive the Ackermans culture within the store
