Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated, positive attitude Admin Clerk to be based in our office in Brackenhurst, Alberton.

It will be advantageous for the successful incumbent to have Property Management experience with at least

3 to 5 years experience.

Requirements:

Fully computer literate (Pastel (definite), Microsoft, Excel and Outlook and the ability to learn company specific software that is Pastel based).

Previous legal/conveyancing experience.

Assist with administrative duties.

Debtor's functions, issuing of clearance figures/certificates and accounting (i.e Council recons) etc

Provide excellent customer service.

Organized, meticulous and people skills.

Tact and diplomacy.

The ability to be proactive and take initiative, strong attention to detail.

Good time management skills due to position being deadline driven.

Contribute positively to the team.
