Job Summary Job description Family run Insurance Based Construction company in Pietermaritzburg, are looking for a vibrant, hard-working and goal driven. Duties and Responsibilities Answer the telephone in a professional manner. Screen Calls and route calls accurately. Take accurate messages and forward them timeously. General administration duties. Contacting clients and insurance Setting of appointments and keeping accurate diary. Updating web systems relevant to the operation of the business Assist with other functions as per manager's instruction. Knowledge / Experience / Skills / Abilities Above average verbal communication and listening skills. Ability to withstand pressure . Must at all times be diplomatic and assertive. Ability to work independently and use initiative along with problem solving abilities. Ability to build strong effective relationships with all stakeholders, i.e. advisors and clients Adopt appropriate interpersonal style in achieving task accomplishment, modifying behavior according to tasks and individuals involved. Must be a good team player. Must be meticulous in carrying out tasks/instructions. Must be patient. Knowledge of the Building and Insurance industry and its functions would be an advantage. Qualifications Matric (Grade 12) Fluent in English Computer Literacy essential Customer orientated behavior essential Presentable and professional attitude Preferably Between the ages of 25 - 35years Please email CV to
