Admin Officer

Area: Roodepoort or Randburg (Remote position)

Package: R12000 p/m plus Fibre, cell phone, airtime and data, laptop.

Purpose: to perform admin duties working remote

Duties:

  • Analyse contract performance
  • Report on contract performance
  • Deal with employees/contractors based in all provinces
  • Maintain and update company databases
  • Answer queries by employees/contractors and clients
  • Update office policies as needed
  • Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments
  • Distribute and store correspondence (e.g. letters, emails etc)
  • Schedule in-house and external meetings
Qualifications, skills and requirements
  • Matric
  • Relevant qualification advantageous
  • Computer literate on all MS Office applications (Word/Excel/PowerPoint)
  • Quiet, noise-free home office space that is free of distractions
  • Clear speaking phone voice
  • Own car plus valid drivers licence. Could be required to travel to Germiston or Pretoria once a month
  • Must be fluent in English and Afrikaans
  • Must be able to work independently
  • Must be a self-starter and self-motivated
