Job Description


SSK, a well-established and diversified agricultural company, is currently recruiting for the following position in its Procurement department in Mossel Bay. The suitable candidate will report directly to the Head of Procurement and will be responsible for administering the centralized procurement policy and system.Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining up-to-date supplier price lists
  • Registering item codes
  • Maintaining the Stock Master List
  • Generating purchase orders
  • Responding to general inquiries
Requirements:
  • Matric (Grade 12 Certificate), preferably including Accounting and/or Mathematics
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and bilingual proficiency (including English) are required
  • The ability to work and maintain accuracy under pressure is essential
  • Advanced knowledge and experience with Microsoft Excel is essential
  • Relevant experience in Procurement will be an advantage
