The Administrator should provide efficient administrative an clerical support to ensure the smooth day to day operation of the business. The role involves managing records, communication, scheduling, and general office support.
Responsibilities:
-Should be able to use Microsoft word, excel and databases
- Perform general administrative tasks.
- Maintain accurate records for jobs, clients, suppliers, and technicians.
- Prepare job cards, service reports and technician reports.
-Answer and manage phone calls, and emails..
- Schedule service calls, installations, and maintenance jobs.
-Allocate jobs to technicians and update job schedules daily.
- Follow up on job progress and update customers on timeline.
-Record call outs, emergency repairs, and maintenance requests.
-Prepare quotations and invoices for repairs, installation, and maintenance contracts
- Maintain records of parts, and tools .
