Job Description

Coordination of code of Conduct investigations Register new code of conduct cases on the case management system Provide support with regards to pre-liminary investigations Refer cases for investigation to appointed investigating officers.
Coordination of Criminal Investigations Register new criminal cases on the case management system Create manual investigation files for handing over to Legal Officers Provide support to Legal Officer regarding pre-liminary investigations.
Office Administration Organise and maintain the filing system, files and records Provide administrative support to the Enforcement Unit Coordinate communication with service providers and complainants.
Risk Coordination Assess, analyse potential risk, and provide inputs on appropriate risk mitigation mechanisms Liaise with the appointed risk shared service unit, service providers regarding system defaults, problem shooting, improvements, etc.
Legal Research Support the Enforcement Unit by conducting legal research and producing statistics as and when required.
General Support to Operations Participate at various cidb committees: OHS Committee etc
National Diploma In Law or Paralegal Studies with 2 years' experience in administration work.
