Minimum Requirements

:


National Diploma in Human Resource Management/Administration/Public Management or related fields 1-3 years' relevant experience in a similar environment

Core Responsibilities

:


Ensure performance of efficient human resource administration and support activities. Provide and advice to work force within the department. Ensure building an effective workforce and maintain sound relations with sub-ordinates. Identify training needs of employees in the department. Plan for short-, medium- and long-term administrative functions in the department. Maintain sustainable systems in respect of office administration, asset management, personnel registers, services rendered and operational cost. Control of operational expenditure, use of facilities, payment of services provider and movement of moveable assets.
