Responsibilities
The incumbent will be responsible for, among others, the following:
Handling telephone calls and enquiries from branches and suppliers
Issuing order numbers for direct orders
Posting purchase and sales orders and invoices on SAP
Following up on outstanding invoices with suppliers
Following up on sales at the relevant SSK branch
Requirements
Matric (Grade 12) certificate with a relevant tertiary qualification
Relevant experience with creditors will be an advantage
Fully bilingual and able to work accurately under pressure
Computer literate with experience in MS Office and SAP
Good communication skills and a customer service mindset
