Minimum Requirements
:
Higher Certificate in Archiving or relevant equivalent NQF Level 5 qualification
3 years' experience in a similar environment
Core Responsibilities
:
Ensure the documentation, records and plans are kept by arranging and utilising systems following safekeeping procedures
Responsible for appropriate operational processes to ensure that all processes in the operational comply with required set standards
Responsible to ensure that governance and risk management is implemented in all operational areas to ensure that all processes comply with requisite governance requirements and mitigate risk threats
Responsible to ensure that appropriate financial management processes are adhered to, to ensure that appropriate financial compliance imperatives are followed
Contribute to a culture which builds rewarding relationships and enables exceptional customer service and ethical conduct by being a good example
