Job Summary Job description The successful candidate will assist the effective processing of all incoming and outgoing material and products, assist with stock take and daily deliveries and the full admin function. MUST HAVE at least one of the below qualifications (Please attach with CV) Supply Chain Logistics Warehouse Financial Management Shipping MUST HAVE Sage X3 and MS Office 3 - 5 Years Warehouse Admin Experience 5 Years People Management Must be willing to work shifts and in a cold environment Responsibilities Maintain and update receiving board. Follow and enforce internal processes and procedures. Manage and monitor all incoming and outgoing administration. Oversee all capturing of all invoices, receipts and deliveries. Manage and assist with stock count processes. Creating plan, capturing information, Investigations etc. Manage daily counts and investigate discrepancies. Oversee correct electronic filing of documentation. Oversee printing of invoices and delivery notes per route sheet. Manage and oversee external warehouse movements and related admin. Assist and manage delivery drivers and assistants. Manage warehouse administrators and their functions. Regular reporting on stock movement and key measurements.
