Job Description
Kern doel van die pos:
Om te verseker dat die Sinethemba-administrasie volgens die maatskappybeleid verwerk word en om die produsent goeie diens te lewer.
Minimum Vereistes:
- Graad 12 met Wiskunde;
- 1 jaar finansixc3xable administratiewe ondervinding;
- Geldige rybewys.
- Rekenaarvaardig (MS Office);
- Goeie kommunikasie- en taalvaardighede in Xhosa en Engels;
- Taalvaardig in Afrikaans voordelig;
- Moet kan prioritiseer;
- Goeie telefoon etiket;
- Moet in spanverband kan werk.
- Plaas van bestellings namens produsente;
- Verseker akkurate inligting vergesel wol vir veilings;
- Betaling aan produsente en vervoerders van wol;
- Hantering van algemene navrae;
- Administratiewe ondersteuning aan Sinethemba Bemarker.
To ensure that the Sinethemba administration is processed according to company policy and to provide the producer with good service.
Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12 with Mathematics;
- 1 yearsxe2x80x99 experience in financial administration;
- Valid drivers license.
- Computer literate (MS Office);
- Proficient in Xhosa and English.
- Proficiency in Afrikaans an advantage.
- Must be able to prioritise;
- Good telephone etiquette;
- Must be able to function well within a team.
- Place orders on behalf of the producer;
- Ensure that detailed and accurate information accompanies wool that is received/destined for auction;
- Ensure accurate payment to producer and to transporters;
- Handling general queries;
- Provide administrative support to the Sinethemba Marketer.
