Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day administrative and office support.
Liaise effectively with different departments.
Source and manage supplier quotes and purchase orders.
Organize schedules, meetings, and maintain accurate records.
Handle emails, calls, filing, and general documentation.
Assist management with reporting and departmental coordination.
Requirements
Must reside in Berea, Morningside, or Durban North.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
