Reception & HR Support
Perform general office administrative tasks: filing, printing, scanning, and maintaining records.
Manage front desk duties -- greet visitors, answer calls, handle emails, and direct queries to the correct departments.
Maintain an organized reception area and ensure a professional, welcoming environment for visitors and staff.
Assist with any office correspondence.
Support meeting coordination, document preparation, and courier or delivery management.
Monitor and manage stock control for all office supplies (stationery, consumables, and cleaning materials), ensuring adequate levels are maintained and reorder requests are submitted timeously.
Assist with tutoring stock management -- track and record Young Engineers kits, materials, and class resources; report shortages or damages to the Program Coordinator or HR Manager.
Assist HR when required with administrative support tasks such as data capturing, filing of onboarding documentation, or updating performance and attendance records.
Prepare daily reports
Handle all information with confidentiality, ensuring employee and company data are securely maintained.
Assist with general office coordination and communication between departments.
Tutoring & Educational Support (Young Engineers Program)
Conduct
Young Engineers
lessons at schools and community learning centers according to the approved curriculum.
Prepare class materials, LEGO kits, and lesson resources before each session.
Manage learner attendance and classroom behavior during lessons.
Liaise with school coordinators and parents regarding learner signups, progress, and schedules.
Track and report on kit allocations, learner numbers, and resource needs.
Submit
daily tutoring reports
detailing lessons held, attendance, and feedback.
Support scheduling and logistics when multiple schools or time slots are involved.
Represent INVNT Group with professionalism in all interactions with learners, parents, and partner schools.
Qualifications & Skills
Matric (Grade 12) required.
Office Administration qualification or tutoring/teaching background is advantageous.
Basic computer literacy (Excel, Word, Google Workspace).
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Professional presentation and the ability to work effectively with both adults and children.
Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
High attention to detail, accountability, and willingness to learn.
Working Conditions
Hours of Work:
Monday-Friday, standard office hours with flexibility for school visits and class times.
Remuneration:
R5,000 per month (Fixed Stipend).
