Constantia Fertiliser, part of the TWK group, has the following vacancy available: Admin Co-Ordinator at Richards Bay (Wholesale), KwaZulu-Natal.
Job Summary
This role involves providing administrative and office support within Constantia Fertiliser, with a focus on processing purchase orders and invoices, receiving stock, assisting with sales and reconciliations, and preparing reports. The position requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication while supporting the day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities and Duties

  • Process purchase orders, invoices and related documentation
  • Receive and check stock deliveries
  • Assist with sales processing and daily reconciliations
  • Prepare and capture reports, ensuring accurate data summaries
  • Perform general office and administrative support tasks
  • Logistics support and co-ordination
Qualifications and Skills
  • Matric / Grade 12
  • Agricultural background / knowledge (advantageous)
  • 3 years experience in a similar role
  • Computer literate with strong administrative skills
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
