TWK Agri has the following vacancy available: Admin Co-Ordinator within the Trade division at Pietermaritzburg, KwaZulu-Natal.
Job Summary
This role involves co-ordinating administrative functions at the Regional Office by managing invoices, handling boardroom bookings, supporting daily office operations, overseeing cleaning staff, assisting with reception duties, and taking ownership of the office environment to ensure it is well-maintained, orderly, and fully functional at all times.
Responsibilities and Duties
Manage boardroom bookings and meeting arrangements
Handle invoice preparation, processing and follow-ups
Provide general administrative support to the Regional Office
Assist with company stationery and office supplies
Oversee cleaning staff and ensure office readiness
Maintain a welcoming reception area and assist with incoming calls
Co-ordinate refreshments, including ordering coffee and tea for the office
Identify and address any issues in the office environment, including minor repairs, replacements, or adjustments to keep the area fully operational
Qualifications and Skills
Matric / Grade 12
Computer literate
Trilingual (understand and speak fluently in English, Afrikaans and isiZulu)
Strong verbal communication skills
Excellent people skills
Good organisational and administrative ability
Professional telephonic etiquette
Clear and confident speaking voice
