Job Summary Requirements o Grade 12 / Matric o Strong computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook) o Excellent communication skills (verbal and written in Afrikaans & English) o Willingness to learn and follow instructions o Good organisational skills and attention to detail o No previous experience required Key Responsibilities o General administrative duties o Filing, scanning and record-keeping o Answering and directing telephone calls o Capturing data and information and updating records o Handling emails and correspondence o Assisting management and staff with daily admin tasks The applicant will also be required to fulfil various office administrative tasks and any other tasks relating to the post as assigned to the employee by the manager/employer.
