Reporting to Irrigation Manager. We are the leading company in our industry in the Agricultural sector. We are hiring an experienced Administrative Clerk to help us keep growing. If you're dedicated and ambitious, NTK Irrigation is an excellent place to grow your career. The person will be responsible for all administrative work done within the department. Connecting with suppliers and colleagues on a daily basis to administrate all orders and delivery's of irrigation systems and parts. Requirements

• Grade 12/ NQF4
• Associate's Degree in Office Administration will serve as recommendation
• 3 years of experience in a similar position will serve as recommendation
• Familiarity with productivity tools, such as Microsoft Office, MS Excel and Unix
• Knowledge of email systems, including Microsoft Outlook
• Working knowledge to use office equipment, including printers and phone systems

• Communicate with the Irrigation Manager and Irrigation Consultants to coordinate schedules for orders and delivery's
• Prepare essential documentation, including memos, reports, and other forms of communication
• Act as the Irrigation department receptionist and receive calls and queries
• Answer and respond to suppliers and colleagues' emails and phone calls, and forward communications to appropriate parties as necessary
• Maintains and organizes meeting schedules
• Regularly check and maintain record of necessary office supplies
• Communicate regularly with staff to help procure needed items and scheduled delivery's
• Keeping files up to date with all necessary documentation of all customers orders, invoices and delivery's
• Sourcing of bill of materials pricing and deliveries at respective branches according to Irrigation Consultants instructions
