TWK Agri has the following vacancy available: Admin Clerk: Medical Aid within the Financial Services division at Nelspruit, Mpumalanga.
Job Summary
This role involves providing administrative support related to medical aid and insurance processes, including handling claims, queries, and hospital authorisations. The Admin Clerk is responsible for client service, data capturing, maintaining accurate CRM records, and supporting the Financial Services Division with documentation and correspondence.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Administrative duties relating to insurance and medical schemes, including claims, queries and Hospital Authorisation
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Financial Services Division, including preparing documents, and processing correspondence
Process and monitoring claims
General client services and capturing of data
Constant liaison with client/brokers and logging of communication
Maintain the CRM database
Qualifications and Skills:
Matric / Grade 12
At least 5 years' experience in the Insurance Industry (advantageous)
At least 3 years' work experience in an administrative position
Computer literate (proficiency in Excel, CMR software and Microsoft Office suite)
Strong leadership skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Deadline driven, good organising and planning skills
Hard working, conscientious and energetic
