Duties & Responsibilities
Ensure the smooth and professional operation of the front reception by welcoming and assisting drivers, clients, and visitors.
Accurately process daily access permissions for drivers and visitors.
Handle order processing with precision and attention to detail.
Issue access documents to visitors in a timely and accurate manner.
Administer and maintain records within the Agrigrain system.
Monitor and control access through the visitors' entrance.
Answer and direct incoming telephone calls efficiently and courteously.
Adminster documentation and control of parcels and donations.
Provide excellent customer service with a warm and approachable demeanor.
Be able to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Reporting of variances on orders.
