Anton Barnard Brokers is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Insurance Administrator to join our team in Port Elizabeth. The successful candidate will assist our brokers with day-to-day administrative tasks, manage policy renewals and FAIS documentation, and communicate professionally with clients. This role requires strong organisational skills, previous experience in the insurance industry, and the ability to work independently while maintaining excellent client service.
Previous experience in the insurance industry (essential)
Strong administrative and organisational skills
Excellent communication and people skills
Computer literate (MS Office, Outlook, etc.)
Bilingual in English & Afrikaans (strong advantage)
Ability to work accurately, meet deadlines, and manage follow-ups
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and readiness to bring new ideas or skills to the team
