Job Description


Key Performance Arears.The successful candidate will be expected to perfom:Administrative outputs within given parameters such as:

  • Coordinate, compile and monitor the business units operational plan.
  • Coordinate, compile and monitor the business units budget plan.
  • Coordinate, compile and monitor the business units procurement plan.
  • Research and draft business cases/submissions for procurement of law enforcement tools of trade and other requirements.
  • Coordinate, research and draft policies, standard operating procedures and circulars.
  • Coordinate, compile and draft monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reports.
  • Assist to manage the business units Risk Register.
  • Coordinate and provide a Secretarial service to the business units management meetings/strategic sessions.
  • Render and efficient and effective support service to law enforcement personnel.
COMPETENCY REQUIRMENTSTechnical Competencies/ Knowledge:
  • Understanding of Corporate Governance.
  • Understanding the mandate of the C-BRTA.
  • Understanding the mandate of C-BRTA Law Enforcement.
  • Finance.
  • Supply Chain Management.
  • Project and programme management.
  • Policy formulation.
  • Report writing.
  • Planning and Organisational.
Minimum Formal Qualification
  • Relevant Diploma or equivalent NQF level 5 qualification in Office Administration (Essential)
Minimum Relevant Experience
  • Two (2) years Office Administration experience.
