What Youll Do
Step into a diverse, hands-on role that blends technical depth, innovation, and client impact. Youll work across:

• Data Analytics & Reporting Analyze performance across mortality, claims, and other key insurance metrics.
• Product Development & Pricing Develop and price insurance solutions across life and non-life portfolios.
• Structuring & Deal Solutions Support new insurance structures that meet the evolving needs of the market.
• Regulatory Compliance & Reporting Ensure your work meets all actuarial and legal standards.
• Risk Management Run stress tests, refine assumptions, and support underwriting decisions.
• Collaboration & Strategy Work with cross-functional teams and present insights to senior stakeholders.

What You Bring

• A Bachelors degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
• 35 years actuarial experience, ideally with both life and non-life exposure
• Strong progress toward actuarial qualification (e.g. ASSA/FASSA)
• Experience in pricing, product development, or structuring deals
• Analytical mindset with a passion for innovation and inclusion in insurance
• Clear communication skills and the ability to present complex findings simply
