Actuarial Manager – Non Life Insurance

Job Description
Job Summary What you'll do:
- Lead and deliver actuarial projects across the non-life insurance sector (including pricing, reserving, capital modelling, and IFRS 17).
- Manage and mentor a team of junior actuarial analysts.
- Provide strategic insights to clients through advanced data analysis and modelling.
- Collaborate with audit, risk, and advisory teams on cross-functional projects.
- Support business development and contribute to thought leadership in the actuarial field.
- Nearly or newly qualified actuary (FASSA or equivalent).
- 4-6 years' experience in non-life/general insurance.
- Strong technical background in actuarial modelling, data analytics, and reserving.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Consulting experience would be advantageous.
