- Fully qualified actuary (FASSA or international equivalent)
- 3+ years' experience in the life insurance space (product development, reserving, embedded value, capital modelling, etc.)
- A passion for consulting, client engagement, and delivering tailored actuarial solutions
- Python / R for data-driven insights
- IFRS17 or SAM exposure
- Excel VBA for automation
- Excellent report-writing and presentation skills
- Curious mindset with a strong problem-solving drive
- Clear communicator who can make technical topics accessible
- Comfortable working independently and within high-performing teams
- Thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
