Job Description
Job Summary Roles and Responsibilities: - Research and Advocate Policy issues for Healthcare System Improvement. - Contribute to Mergers, Acquisitions, Product development, and Benefit Design. - Analyze and Validate Statistical Data, Update Forecasting Models, and Ensure Accuracy. - Implement Latest Procedures and Standards for Health Plan Development. - Design Health Metrics, Collaborate for Efficient Implementation. - Participate in Review project Committees, Provide Actuarial Support Across Business units, and Undertake Assigned tasks as needed. Technical knowledge: - Familiarity with relevant legislation (MSA, CMSLA, etc.). - Understanding of Evidence-based Medicine Principles and Research Methodologies. - Proficiency in Health Financing Systems and Economics. - Ability to collect, Analyze, and Interpret large datasets for informed Actuarial Decisions.
