Activity Guide - Luxury Wine Estate (Franschhoek)
Kendrick Recruitment is seeking an experienced Activity Guide to join a luxury wine estate based in Franschhoek. This exciting role is ideal for someone with a deep love for nature, outdoor adventure, and storytelling, who is eager to create memorable experiences for guests and visitors.

Requirements:
Qualification in tourism, nature conservation or a related field
Minimum of five years' experience in the tourism or hospitality industry
Strong general knowledge of nature and the ability to share it in an engaging manner
Interest and experience in outdoor activities such as fishing, cycling, and hiking
Valid driver's licence with proven 4X4 driving experience
Fluent in Afrikaans and English, both written and spoken
A positive, energetic personality and strong people skills
Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Key Responsibilities:
Present and lead a variety of activities to enhance guests' experience
Activities may include guided bike rides, mountain drives, garden tours, fishing excursions, and farm walks
Share interesting stories and natural insights with guests in an engaging and educational way
Work closely with the team to develop and implement new guest activities and experiences
Ensure all activities are conducted with a focus on guest safety, comfort, and enjoyment
