Duties

• You'll be part of the team responsible for administrating and managing the Microsoft 365 stack, including Intune, Azure, Teams.
• You need to learn quickly and be able to work independently and as part of a team.
• You have good English communication skills and can adapt language to the audience.
• Ensure Active Directory platform or infrastructure is managed effectively and compliant.
• Integrate with Exchange, Mimecast, and Azure Active Directory infrastructures to provide a holistic view of messaging and identity across the organization.
• Ensure the success of all the Microsoft software products, operate, and maintain systems, procedures, and policies to ensure successful operations of the organization.
• Perform daily monitoring, problem solving, and optimization of Exchange servers should it be required.
• As an Active Directory engineer, you'll take part in designing, installing, and managing Active Directory across on-premises, as well as Office 365.
• You will be a key member of the Active Directory engineering team ensuring Windows Server and Exchange services are running properly and securely within the environment while also monitoring the environment.

Experience/Skills

• 5-10 years of IT experience with Microsoft cloud technologies such as Azure Active Directory, Microsoft 365 (Intune, Exchange Online, OneDrive, Teams,), Microsoft Office M365 Office in an enterprise or corporate environment.
• Extensive knowledge of Windows operating systems.
• Understanding of device management technologies like MDM.
• A working understanding of networks and services like DNS, DHCP, IIS and LDAP.
• Having an industry certification like MCSA or MCTS is beneficial.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Positivity, excitement, and the capacity to adapt to whatever the needs of the business are at whatever level of the organisation.

What will you do?

Responsible for leading a team of system administrators responsible for installing, configuring, upgrading, administering, monitoring and maintaining server operating system software and hardware, which could include Web servers, in support of business processing requirements and operating and service level agreements. Responsible for allocation of tasks, advanced troubleshooting and ensuring repairs are undertaken in accordance with organisational policy and standards. Prepares progress reports for all work performed.
