Position Overview

We're seeking a

motivated Acquisitions/Sales Closer

who can

convert warm leads into closed deals

. You'll speak with homeowners daily, build rapport, identify needs, and present win-win purchase offers for their property. You must be confident, hungry, and able to

control conversations

while maintaining empathy and professionalism.

Responsibilities

Call, text, and follow up with warm inbound and outbound seller leads (no cold calling required). Build trust and rapport with homeowners to uncover their motivation and pain points. Analyze property details and run comps to determine offer pricing (training provided). Present offers persuasively and overcome objections to close contracts. Work closely with our dispositions and transaction coordination teams to ensure smooth closings. Maintain detailed notes, status updates, and KPIs inside our CRM daily.

Qualifications

Proven sales experience

, ideally in real estate, solar, insurance, or phone-based sales. Strong negotiation, objection-handling, and closing skills. Excellent communication and emotional intelligence -- you know how to read people. Organized and consistent with follow-ups and CRM usage. Coachable with a growth mindset and high energy. Comfortable working evenings and Saturdays (most sellers are available then).
