Developing and managing email, social, and direct mail marketing funnels across B2B, wholesale, and consumer segments.
Creating and implementing targeted campaigns to drive client acquisition, conversion, and retention.
Monitoring, analysing, and reporting on funnel performance, with a focus on continuous optimisation.
Collaborating with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with overall business objectives.
Keeping abreast of best practices and emerging trends in digital marketing, CRM, and retention strategies.
