Accounts Receivable Team Lead

Job Description
Our client is currently seeking a Accounts Receivable Team Lead to join their finance team permanently in Sandton. Your will be leading, planning and coordinating subordinate staff in their various credit control activities.
Duties:
- Assist in building the tools and skillset within the team while driving high levels of accountability in each individual
- Create work schedules (work priorities)
- Actively manage the teams performance
- Challenge the current credit control framework by identifying opportunities on how to simplify the process
- Analyse assigned aged debtors
- Quality Control check
- Handle accounts payers complaints
- Matric certificate
- BTech Credit Management/ BCom in Finance qualification (Certificate required)
- Minimum of 5+ years experience as a AR Team leader/ Debtors Manager or people management
- Excel skills (advanced)
- MUST come from a shared services background (non-negotiable)
