Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for Accounts Payable Consultants, based in Pretoria, with some flexibility for remote work. The position involves handling and processing accounts payable transactions, maintaining vendor relationships, reconciling discrepancies, and ensuring compliance with financial policies. Consultants will assist with managing accounts, providing customer service, and advising clients on best practices for financial processes.
Qualifications
Strong Analytical Skills for problem-solving and managing financial data
Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with vendors, clients, and team members
Account Management and Consulting experience to ensure efficient financial operations and provide guidance on best practices
Keen attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines
Proficiency in accounting software and advanced knowledge of Excel
A degree or diploma in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is desirable
* Previous experience in accounts payable roles or financial consulting is an advantage
