Job Description
Marlin Technologies Group are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated
Accounts Payable Clerk
.The successful candidate will be based at our Head office in
Amanzimtoti.
Creditors (Capturing invoices, reconciling statements, preparing payments)
Petty Cash & Credit Cards (Reconciliation)
Payroll (Preparation of overtime, deductions, leave)
Administrative duties as required
Must have grade 12
Qualification in creditors and/or bookkeeping or at least 4 years' relevant experience
Must be computer literate: Excel & word
Knowledge of Online Quick Books system is essential
Knowledge of Online Sage system would be advantageous.
Must be Organized
Must be able to meet deadlines
Accuracy and excellent attention to detail is essential
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills written and verbal
Must deliver work to a high standard
Renumeration will be based on experience and skills.
