Rugani Juice is looking for an Accounts Clerk to join our growing Finance Team. We are looking for someone who is solutions-driven and takes initiative to resolve issues, thrives in a structured yet fast-paced environment, communicates clearly and confidently and has a genuine interest in understanding the bigger picture of the business. The successful candidate must have 2-3 years debtors and creditors experience. This job will be onsite at our offices in Tarlton Johannesburg.

Minimum Requirements

2-3 years of strong Debtors experience Experience with customer account reconciliations (preferably retail) Proven experience in Creditors reconciliations Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy Sound analytical and problem-solving skills Deadline-driven and able to work under pressure Effective verbal and written communication skills Good interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset Solid understanding of accounting principles and practices Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and relevant accounting software (e.g., Sage, Pastel, or similar)

Duties and Responsibilities

Handle accounts receivable and accounts payable functions Perform reconciliations of customer and supplier accounts Process and review journals Monitor and follow up on overdue accounts Assist in month-end closing processes and reporting Support credit assessments for new customers Investigate and resolve discrepancies or account-related queries efficiently * Continuously identify areas for process improvement within the finance function
