PERMANENT POSITION BASED IN PHALABORWA Person ideally should reside in the Phalaborwa area - only Position is based within an International Company
- Management of petty-cash, Cleaning materials and creditors payments
- Processing and Reconciliations
- Counting and processing of Cash and daily banking
- Assisting with processing of EFT payments and accounts payable invoices
- Assisting with month-end count procedures, month end journals and inventory
- Reconciliation and payments of creditors and balance sheet accounts
- Reconciliation of monthly statements and submissions to head office
- Variance reports, compilation of annual budget, cash flow management
- Adherence to the company Financial policies and procedures
- Must be a South African citizen
- Minimum qualification: Grade 12 with Accounting and Mathematics as subjects
- Minimum of 2 years previous accounting experience
- Be able to work well under pressure and be self disciplined
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills
- Strong calculation skills
- Strict adherence and implementation of all relevant policies and procedures
- Prepared to work on weekends
- Must be able to concentrate for long hours and in a busy environment
- Must have excellent Communication and friendly Client liaison skills
- Able to work as part of a team
- Good working knowledge of both MS Office, Excel and ACCPAC
