Overview



We're looking for an experienced Accounts & Administration professional to join our team in Durban. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and ready to take ownership of both financial and administrative operations.

Key Responsibilities:



Manage full accounting functions - cashbook, creditors, debtors, payroll, VAT, and reconciliations Prepare management accounts, forecasts, and assist with budgets Handle SARS submissions (VAT201, EMP201, EMP501, income tax) Oversee office administration (filing systems, supplier contracts, HR, insurance, compliance) Liaise with auditors, banks, and suppliers Maintain company statutory compliance and internal controls

Requirements:



Minimum 3 years' experience in accounting and admin roles Proficiency in Sage Accounting Strong organizational and analytical skills Available immediately Qualification in Accounting or Finance preferred (BCom advantageous)

SALARY IS MARKET RELATED AND COMMENSURATE BASED ON EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS



Job Type: Permanent

Pay: R15000,00 - R25000,00 per month

Queensburgh, KwaZulu-Natal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
