Accounts Administrator ? Somerset West
Our client is an accounting firm in Somerset West and is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Administrator to manage high-volume supplier and customer accounts, maintain financial records, and provide administrative support.
Minimum Requirements & Qualities

  • Proficient in Xero and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams & Excel)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask under tight deadlines
  • Prior experience in accounts payable/receivable or bookkeeping advantageous
  • Good organizational and administrative skills
Duties (Including but not limited to)
  • Process high-volume supplier invoices and reconcile accounts
  • Reconcile bank statements and prepare working papers and journals
  • Maintain rent rolls and issue customer invoices
  • Assist with payment schedules, financial reporting, and bookkeeping
  • File and manage documentation systematically, including SARS-related records
  • Perform general administrative tasks
