1. Ability to perform various bookkeeping functions, for example:
a. Cashbook processing and reconciliations
b. Debtors (sales invoicing, sales reports, and reconciliations)
c. Creditors (supplier invoice processing and reconciliations)
2. Banking/ treasury related functions
a. Preparing and loading payment packs for review / release
3. Inventory
a. Stock reconciliations and adjustment processing
4. Payroll / HR support (Calculations, reports, journal entries)
5. Vat calculations and reconciliations
6. Assist with customer & supplier queries.
7. Assist with month-end tasks.
