You should be adaptable, able to pivot quickly between urgent tasks, and remain focused under pressure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with IFRS and statutory reporting requirements.
- Lead the external audit process and prepare annual financial statements.
- Monitor budgets, forecasts, and performance, providing insights for decision-making.
- Produce accurate financial and management reports with analysis and commentary.
- Maintain robust accounting policies, procedures, and controls.
- Partner with the business to drive value through sound financial insights.
- CA(SA)
- At least 5 years' experience reporting to a CFO in a multi-regional organisation.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, consolidated reporting, and compliance.
- Experience with SAP, Draftworx, and reporting platforms
- Advanced MS Excel skills, including financial modelling.
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage teams.
