Risk and Compliance Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer accounts and transactions

Working closely with the Accounts Supervisor to generate and distribute customer invoices in a timely and accurate manner.

Monitor customer payments and follow up on overdue accounts to ensure timely collections.

Communicate with customers via phone, email, or written correspondence to follow up on outstanding payments and resolve payment issues.

Collaborate with other teams, such as Operations, to resolve billing and payment discrepancies.

Conducting of weekly checks across all accounts

Assist in preparing pre-billing reports.

Providing quotes to clients

Minimum Qualifications:

National Diploma / Degree in Accounting / Finance/ Financial management or relevant NQF Level 6 / 7 qualification.

Minimum Requirements:

Strong analytical and numerical skills.

Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
