Job Description


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales Integration

  • Integration of daily sales data from Termlite into SAP
  • Clearing IDOC (SAP Programme) errors in SAP
  • Liaising with Debtors and Master Data team (Lupin) to fix customer master errors
  • Liaising with Supply Chain and Master Data Team (Lupin) to fix stock related errors
  • Sales reconciliation
Stock Management
  • Monthly stock reconciliation with UPD/Pharmaceutical Enterprises (PHEN)
  • Processing Stock Adjustments and Write Offs
  • Investigating and fixing variances
  • Assist with annual stock-take at UPD and PHEN
Compiling returns
  • Timeous submission of Vat return via e-filing
  • Supervise the VAT reconciliation and updating of VAT schedules by FSSC
  • Timeous submission of the EMP 201 via e-filing
  • Quarterly Stats SA submission
General accounting duties
  • Prepare and consolidate expense templates for annual budgets/Mid Term Planning (MTP) for all departments
  • Supervise the compilation of monthly management reporting by the Financial Shared Service Centre (FSSC), ensures timeous distribution of reports.
  • Creating of Purchase Orders (PO) on SAP for all departments
  • Quarterly Stats SA submission
  • Checking and processing UPD distribution cost and sample invoices monthly on SAP
  • Assist in quarterly and annual audit.
PRE-REQUISITES
  • Comm Accounting
  • 1 year relevant experience
  • Experience in SAP or other ERP system (Accounting packages)
