As the Accountant, you'll own the full USA accounting function and partner closely with the CFO to keep the financial engine running smoothly. Key Responsibilities:
- Own the full US accounting function up to Balance Sheet
- Keep financials compliant with US tax & accounting standards
- Manage USD transactions, currency movements & international payments
- Prepare monthly & annual financial reports with insight-driven recommendations
- Support cash flow, payroll and key finance processes across teams
- Assist with financial statements & audits
- BCom Accounting / Finance or Newly Qualified CA(SA)
- 3 to 4 years hands-on US accounting / bookkeeping experience or strong exposure to USD transactions & tax
- Strong understanding of US accounting, tax compliance & multi-currency financials
- Sage experience essential
- Analytical, detail-driven, proactive communicator across global teams
- A true finance all-rounder, sleeves rolled up, solutions-first, no "that's not my job" mindset
