DUTIES:
Working Capital Charges (WCC):

• Accurate weekly and month end submissions to Group and track it against approved limits
• Perform monthly projections and rolling forecast

Preparation and review of balance sheet month end reconciliations
Oversee and review of:

• Daily bank processing, reconciliations, and other inquiries
• SG&A (Selling, General, and Administrative Expenses) monthly accruals and reports (actual versus budget)
• Petty cash reconciliation and payments

Annual budget process:

• Liaise with budget owners to ensure all input required for the SG&A, CAPEX and WCC budgets are timeously collected and submitted

SAP internal controls:

• Performing of continuous internal controls and checks relating to all SAP journal processing, account allocation, account clearing and corrections

Accounts receivable:

• Daily bank receipt processing
• Weekly client statement distribution and queries
• Processing of interest on overdue accounts receivable
• Weekly cash forecast
• Trade references

Accounts payable:

• Review of daily and monthly supplier reconciliations

REQUIREMENTS:

• 5 yearsxe2x80x99 experience
• Computer Literacy (MS Excel, Word, Outlook) - SAP experience would be highly beneficial
• Relevant financial and accounting qualification
• Previous supervisory experience of junior staff would be beneficial
• Fluent in English and Afrikaans
• Computer Literacy (MS Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Experience of working in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude
• Planning, organizing and excellent time management skills
• Ability to work under pressure while always maintaining excellent attention to detail and high a degree of accuracy

• 08:00 xe2x80x93 17:00 Monday xe2x80x93 Friday
